Solution #1 – Use Microsoft Teams Web App

• Launch any browser on your computer. 
• Go to https://teams.microsoft.com. 
• Log in to your Microsoft Teams account. 

Solution #2 – Clear Microsoft Teams Cache

• Exit your Microsoft Teams app.
• On your desktop Search bar, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\teams.
• Navigate to Microsoft Teams.
• Delete the files under the following folders.
  • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache
  • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage
  • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache
  • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\databases
  • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\GPUcache
  • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\IndexedDB
  • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage
  • %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\tmp
• Reboot your computer.

Solution #3 – Edit Internet Settings

• Launch the Control Panel of your Windows PC.
• Go to Internet Options.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Look for Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2.
• Check both boxes.
• Click Apply.
• Click OK.
• Restart your Microsoft Teams app.

Solution #4 – Disable Other Programs

Running programs in the background may be the source of the Microsoft Teams error code. You can End Task each program through the Task Manager and retry logging in to Microsoft Teams. 

Solution #5 – Set Your Time Automatically

• Open the Settings menu of your PC.
• Navigate to Date & Time.
• Make sure to set the time and time zone automatically.
