Are you getting the message “Let’s Finish Setting Up Your Device” with a blue screen? Even if it is on a Blue Screen, it is nothing more than a simple reminder from Windows to complete the setup on your computer. Windows wants to give you the complete Welcome Experience and tells you to finish setting up other Windows products. It looks like you have not linked your phone, set up your Office 365 accounts, or done other activities on Windows programs.

While it is good that Windows remind you of what you have to do, sometimes it can be distracting. Seeing the message will either let you continue the setup or remind you in 3 days. If you do not want to push through with the rest of the process, you can select Remind Me in 3 Days. However, reminding you will constantly pop up the notifications unless you select Continue.
