- Enter the following formula: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UserProfileEngagement.
- Look for the option ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled.
- Double-click it.
- If you cannot find it, you need to create a new one.
- Look for the folder UserProfileEngagement and right-click on it.
- Select New -> DWORD value.
- Enter the value name as ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled.
- Once done, double-click it.
- Set the value to 0.
- Click OK.
