Fortunately, there are several ways you can do to troubleshoot the issue if you are getting the configuration problem on the Roblox app on your MacBook or Windows 10 laptop. Solution #1 – Check your WiFi Internet Network Connection

You may also turn off Microsoft Defender Firewall
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Select Update & Security.
- Click Windows Security.
- Choose Firewall & network protection.
- Choose your network profile.
- Look for Microsoft Defender Firewall.
- Toggle the button to Off.
Solution #3 – Uninstall Roblox from Mac or Windows 10 Computer
- Go to the Control Panel.
- Select Programs.
- Choose Programs and features.
- Look for Roblox and highlight it.
- Click the Uninstall button.
- Now, you need to delete the Roblox folder to completely wipe it out of your PC’s system.
- On your File Explorer, navigate to C:\Users\(Your Windows Username)\AppData\Local.
- Look for the Roblox folder and delete it.
After you have uninstalled the Roblox app, you can reinstall it and check if you can pass through the Configuring Roblox page.
