It is much easier for me to access Microsoft’s services on different devices using only my Microsoft account. Even when I need to transfer to a different device, I can sign in to my account and use Microsoft Teams or Outlook.
Now, everytime I try to login to my Microsoft account on a new device, it automatically links to my account. While it seems good and efficient, I also want to know how many devices are connected to my Microsoft account.
Basically, I can view all connected devices on my online account. It is convenient and fast. However, when Microsoft launched its Windows 11 build 22635.3495 (Beta) version, it included a new function that allows users to access and manage their devices under the Linked Devices page.
What’s New with Microsoft Linked Devices Page?
The Linked Devices page is a new addition to the settings of Windows 11. Unfortunately, you will need to have the Home and Pro editions of Windows 11 to enjoy the new feature.
It shows all the connected devices to your Microsoft account. Not only that, you can get information about the device such as the recovery encryption keys, hardware details, software info, and the function to find your device when it is missing.
If you need to add or remove a connected device, you can do so in the Linked Devices page.
How do I Access and Manage All my Connected Devices to my Microsoft Account on Windows 11 Computer?
There are two ways you can find and view linked devices in your Microsoft account. Either do it online or via the settings menu of your Windows 11 PC.
- Access Connected Devices via Online Microsoft Account
- Sign in to your Microsoft account online.
- On the main menu, look for the Devices option on the left side.
- From there, you can view all linked devices to your account.
- View All Connected Devices via Windows 11 Linked Devices Settings
- Launch the Start menu.
- Select Settings.
- Choose the Account option on the left side.
- Click Linked Devices.
There you can find all connected devices to your Microsoft account.
Wrapping Up!
Having an idea on what devices are connected to my Microsoft account gives me a sense of security. I can view the devices linked to my account and manually remove them if necessary.
