Solution #1 – Try Again Later

The loading error may be due to your network connection. You may try to improve your Internet connection, or it may be a problem with your provider. If it is an issue with your Internet provider, you simply have to wait for some time and try again later.

Solution #2 – Restart Your Apple TV

  1. To restart your Apple TV, navigate to Settings.
  2. Select General.
  3. Tap Restart.

Solution #3 – Power Cycle Your Device

Power cycling your device can refresh your network connection.

  1. Turn off your Apple TV and unplug all your devices.
  2. Wait for at least 1 minute before plugging your modem and router back in.
  3. Once you have fully connected your modem and router, turn on your Apple TV and try again.

Solution #4 – Restore To Factory Settings

If none of the solutions above worked, you may want to reset your Apple TV to factory settings. Keep in mind that doing so will delete all customization and personal data on your Apple TV. You will have to sign in your account again.

  1. To reset to factory settings, go to Settings.
  2. Select General.
  3. Tap Reset.
  4. Now, select Restore.
