Method #1 – Reboot your Samsung Smart TV

One of the first things you need to do is restart your smart TV. Exit the app that you are currently watching. Turn off your Samsung TV. Wait for a few seconds, then reboot it.

Method #2 – Restart your Internet Connection

You can try to power cycle your devices to restart your network connection. First, power off your Samsung smart TV and unplug your router and modem. Wait for at least 3 minutes before plugging them back in and turning on your TV. Relaunch your app and check if the error is still there.
