Blizzard Entertainment runs Battle.net, a service released on the 20^th of March 2009 that gives users the chance to play with their fellow gamers online. Some of the top games that use the service include Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Destiny, Diablo II and III, Overwatch 2, StarCraft II, and World of Warcraft. 

But despite being such an exciting service, many users don’t like the fact that they encounter errors such as BLZBNTBGS0000020A, BLZBNTBGS0000020 or BLZBNTBNA00000A8D on Battle.net.

Go Offline and Open a Specific Game

Switch to a Different Region 

Changing regions may seem silly but yes, this is one of the easiest and fastest ways to fix most issues with Battle.net, including error codes such as BLZBNTBNA00000A8D and BLZBNTBGS0000020A.  

For instance, if Asia is your current region, you can try to change it to the Americas and then wait for several seconds. Once a few seconds are up, the social icons and login buttons should show up. But before launching any game, see to it that you change it back to the original region first. 

 To do this, choose the gear icon on the loading screen of Battle.net. Under Login Region, change your current region and then wait for several seconds. Try logging back in again to your account on Battle.net.
