  • On your Microsoft Teams app, tap the Menu button.
  • Select Notifications.
  • Go to Open Settings.
  • Select Notifications.
  • Tap Teams.
  • Look for All Notifications and toggle it to On.

Microsoft Teams deactivates the mobile notifications when you are active on the desktop or web app. That may be the reason why you are not receiving any mobile updates. If you want to change it, follow the steps below.

  • On the top right corner, tap the Bell icon.
  • Select All new messages in this channel.
