There are two easy ways for you to locate the screenshots folder and files you took on Steam. First is via the Steam app and the second is on your local storage.

Steps to Find and Locate Steam Screenshots Files via Steam App

All you have to do is go to your Steam app and login to your account. On the top corner, click View and navigate to Screenshots. Click the box next to the option Show and select the game where you took your screenshots. Click View Online Library at the bottom. It will open a new folder. You can take note of the directory path in the address bar to access it next time.

How to View Steam Client Screenshot Folder via Windows Local Storage

To access your Steam screenshots in your local storage, you can do so via this directory path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<AccountNumber>\760\remote\<GameNumber>\screenshots.

The account number is your Steam ID while the game number stands for the game’s application ID.

To access the Steam folder, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam.

Changing your Steam Screenshot Folder

If you don’t like where your screenshots are saved by default, you can also change it to your desired folder.

On your Steam app, click View and go to Settings. Select In-Game in the left menu and look for the Screenshot folder. Click it and change the location.
