2. Do a SFC Scan

Open the Run Dialog Box and type the command: services.msc. Hit the Enter key. Look for any services that are not essential and right-click on it. Click Stop.

4. Run the CHKDSK utility

Launch the Command Prompt and run it as administrator. If the system says you cannot run it and gives you the option to run it before the next startup, click yes and exit. Restart your computer. The checkdisk will then run. Wait for the process to finish.

5. Delete Temporary Files in your PC

Open again the Run Dialog Box. Enter the command: %temp%. Now, highlight or select all the files and folders and press Shift key + Del key. This will remove all the temporary files and folders permanently.

6. Perform a System Restore

Open the System settings of your Windows PC. Select System and Security and go to System. Now, click System protection and select System Restore. A set of instructions will appear. Just follow them and click Next. Click the Finish button last and wait for the process to be done.
