There can be an issue with the Facebook app or its servers for the Marketplace feature on Facebook not to show or load on your device. However, there can also be problems on your end. For example, Marketplace may block your account. Your Internet network connection may also trigger the restriction issue. You can try to troubleshoot, reset, and resolve the problem by fixing the error with the solutions and workarounds below.

Make sure you have a reliable Internet speed to access Facebook. You can try to switch to a different connection. If you are using a WiFi network, you can use your mobile data instead.

  • Turn off your device for a few minutes.
  • Turn your device on and relaunch Facebook.

  • Select Log Out.
  • Now, try to sign back in to your account and check if you can load the Marketplace.

Solution #4 – Clear the Facebook App Cache on Android or iOS
