Solution #1 – Clear the Cache in your Chromebook
- Launch the Settings menu in your Chromebook.
- Go to Apps.
- Select Manage your apps.
- Look for Microsoft Teams.
- Click More Settings and permission.
- Select Storage.
- Click Clear Storage.
Solution #2 – Reinstall Microsoft Teams Web App or Android App
- Click the Launcher on your Chromebook device.
- Select the Up arrow.
- Look for Microsoft Teams and right-click on it.
- Click Uninstall. You can also select Remove from Chrome.
- Click Remove.
- To reinstall Microsoft Teams, launch Google Play Store.
