Method #2 – Update your Google Chrome Browser

  • On your Chrome browser, click the More button.
  • Navigate to Help.
  • Select About Google Chrome.
  • Click Update Google Chrome.
  • After installing the latest version, restart your Chrome browser.

Method #3 – Clear Browsing Data on Google Chrome

  • Click the More button on your Chrome browser.
  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Select Advanced.
  • Head over to Privacy and Security.
  • Click Clear Browsing Data.
  • Check the boxes next to cache, cookies, and browsing history.
  • Click Clear Data.
  • Relaunch your Chrome browser.

Method #4 – Disable your Firewall Settings

  • Launch the Control Panel on your device.
  • Go to System and Security.
  • Select Windows Firewall.
  • On the left side, click Turn Windows Firewall on or off.
  • Go to Private Network Settings.
  • Select Turn off Windows Firewall (not recommended).
  • Do the same with Public Network Settings.

Method #5 – Clear the SSL Certificate

  • On the Search bar, enter inetcpl.cpl. The Internet Properties window will open.
  • Navigate to the Content tab.
  • Go to the Certificates section.
  • Click Clear SSL State.
  • Click the Apply button.

Method #6 – Reset your Network Settings

  • On the Search bar, enter Command Prompt.
  • Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
  • Enter the following command one at a time.
    • ipconfig /flushdns
    • ipconfig /renew
    • ipconfig /registerdns
    • nbtstat –r
    • netsh int ip reset
    • netsh winsock reset
  • Restart your computer.
