  1. 6/15/21 You should update this article because I use a Roku to stream PP. It all worked JUST FINE under CBS All Access, but cannot stream my local CBS TV channel since they switched to PP. Have open Help Ticket with PP; have had calls from technicians and supervisors; have tried all the steps you mention above including a Roku factory reset (so much ‘fun’ to rebuild everything): NOTHING SOLVES THE PROBLEM. I’m not the only one with this problem either.

  2. I have the same problem on my Fire TV but funny enough my Samsung TV plays it just fine. Tried using it via Amazon Prime and I get the same problem.
