Method #3 – Change Chrome App Compatibility Mode

  3. Click Properties.
  4. Go to the Compatibility tab.
  5. Under the Run compatibility mode for, choose Windows 8.
  6. Click Save.

Method #4 – Clear Your Browser Cache

  1. On your Chrome browser, click the More button.
  2. Select More tools.
  3. Choose Clear browsing data.
  4. Select the time range. You may select All time to delete all items.
  5. Now, check the boxes next to Cached images and files.
  6. Do the same for Cookies and other site data.
  7. Click Clear data.
