A new streaming service will soon make its way into many homes. ViacomCBS will be launching Paramount Plus, and many users are looking forward to what they can discover with the new entry in the seemingly saturated streaming market.
Paramount Plus is the product of CBS All Access rebranding. ViacomCBS will be replacing CBS All Access with Paramount+ since it wants to use and capitalize on the classic feel of the word paramount to its streaming service. Paramount is synonymous to classic films we used to love. Paramount Plus will also include more titles coming from various studios under ViacomCBS.

Paramount Plus Pricing
First, let’s talk about the pricing overhead of having a Paramount Plus plan. As it is a replacement to CBS All Access, some users think Paramount Plus will cost higher. Fortunately, ViacomCBS offers a reasonable rate for its subscription package.
The basic plan for Paramount Plus with ads is $4.99 per month. However, the contents will not include TV channels. If you want to stream live sports, other TV channels, and add news to your Paramount Plus subscription, choose a higher tier plan priced at $9.99 per month.

Paramount Plus Release Schedule
ViacomCBS is launching Paramount Plus this coming March 4, 2021, in the US and select parts of Latin America. On the same date, Canada will also witness the big switch but will not yet experience the expanded offering.
By March 25, Nordic countries will have Paramount Plus in their area. For Australia, the streaming service will be coming in mid-2021. Other territories will follow but without a definite date yet.
Paramount+ Movies and TV Shows to Watch at Launch
Well-loved TV shows and movies from various studios will be available on Paramount Plus starting on launch day. You will see titles from CBS, BET, MTV, Paramount Pictures, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon. More than 50 original series are coming to your smart TV through Paramount Plus as well.
Check out familiar shows like The Real Criminal Minds, SpongeBob SquarePants, The Fairly OddParents, and Star Trek shows. There will be revival and reboot titles such as Frasier, iCarly, The Game, and Rugrats. Enjoy binge-watching entertaining episodes from Why Women Kill, The Good Fight, The Offer, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and The Legend of Korra.
Paramount Plus will showcase movies such as A Quiet Place 2, No Time To Die, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Top Gun: Maverick, Mission: Impossible 7, The Spongebob Movie: Sponge on the Run, The In Between, and Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

How to Subscribe and Sign up for a Paramount Plus Streaming Account
Existing subscribers of CBS All Access will no longer need to re-subscribe to Paramount Plus. On March 4, CBS All Access will automatically switch to Paramount Plus. All you need to do is sign in to your CBS All Access email address and password.
