Authenticator apps are widely used by a lot of users to secure their passwords and strengthen identity verification. While some users would use only one authenticator app, others prefer to use multiple security apps in generating Time-based One-Time (TOTP) tokens.
If you want to import and export TOTP tokens between several authentication apps, Bitwarden Authenticator enables you to do so. It currently allows imports of TOTP tokens from Authenticator Export, Google Authenticator, LastPass, Raivo (for iOS), 2FAs and Aegis (for Android). Unfortunately, the option does not include Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.
Steps to Import TOTP Tokens to Bitwarden Authenticator from Google Authenticator or Other Security Apps

First, launch your Bitwarden Authenticator app and open the Settings menu. Tap Import and select which authenticator app you want to import files from. Then, start importing the items.
For Authenticator Export, you will need to have a .json file export from the app. A QR code is necessary to import files from Google Authenticator. You can create one from the Transfer accounts screen in the app. As for LastPass, create a .json file from the app’s Transfer accounts screen in the settings menu.
To import a 2FAS file, export it via the 2FAS Backup screen on the app. Export a .json file from Raivo app, which is available on iOS devices only. However, the file is saved in a ZIP archive upon export on Raivo via Export OTPs to ZIP archive option. Then, you need to decrypt the zip file to import the .json file.
Aegis is an authenticator app in Android devices only. Export a .json file through Aegis Import & Export before you import it to Bitwarden Authenticator.
How to Export TOTP Tokens from Bitwarden Authenticator
Now, if you want to export TOTP tokens from Bitwarden Authenticator, you also need to create a .json file. Go to Settings and navigate to Export. You can create a .json or .csv file.
