Sometimes, we need to change some information on the payment methods we have added on Paramount Plus to avoid future complications, especially when the next bill comes. There are various reasons for changing your payment method from one mode to another. For some users one of these might be true:

  • You want to change your preferred method to a different platform. For instance, you can edit your payment method from PayPal to Credit Card or remove your Credit Card and add another mode of payment.
  • Your preferred method is no longer active.
  • You need to change your card number or other details.

Whatever your reason may be for changing your payment method and billing information on Paramount Plus (formerly CBS All Access), the steps are easy to follow.

It all depends on the device you are using to stream Paramount+ or the platform you used to sign up for the account. This guide includes iOS and Android mobile devices, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Xbox or PlayStation console and desktop or laptop computer. Look for your device below and follow the steps on how you can update your payment method.

Via Apple Devices

  • On your Apple device, navigate to Settings.
  • Select iTunes & App Stores.
  • Tap/click your Apple ID.
  • Choose View Apple ID.
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Select Manage Payment or Payment Information.
  • Now, you can change your payment methods.

Via Android Devices

  • Go to the Google Play Store app.
  • Select Menu.
  • Choose Payment methods.
  • Go to More payment settings.
  • Sign in to pay.google.com.
  • Look for the payment method you want to change.
  • Select Edit.
  • After changing, hit the Update button.

Via Computer Browser

  • Open any browser on your computer.
  • Go to paramountplus.com/account.
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Click Edit Billing/Payment Information.
  • Now, you can change your payment method.

Via Roku

  • Go to my.roku.com.
  • Log in to your account.
  • Look for Payment Method.
  • Click Update.
  • Change your payment method.
  • Click Submit.

Via Amazon Fire TV or Kindle

Using Other Devices

If you are using other smart TVs, consoles like Xbox or PlayStation 4, and other similar streaming devices, you can change your payment method through paramountplus.com/account. Go to Edit Billing/Payment Information to edit it.

Changing Your Credit Card Information Via Paramount Plus Website

  • Go to paramountplus.com/account.
  • Log in to your account.
  • On the top, click your profile initials.
  • Select Account.
  • Click Edit Payment Information.
  • Now, you can edit your payment method.
