  • Open Tiktok.
  • Go to your profile page.
  • Click on the menu icon in the top right.
  • Choose the Settings and privacy option.
  • Scroll down until you find the option to log out.
  • Then, sign back in to TikTok.
  • Attempt to verify your age again to see if it’s working.

Method #2 – Delete Cache from the TikTok App

  • Go to the Settings on your phone.
  • Navigate to the Apps section of your settings.
