Use the Enable Hardware Acceleration Feature

Just follow these steps to use this feature:

  1. Open the app for Cisco Webex Service and tap on your profile photo. 
  2. Select the Preferences option.
  3. Choose the Video tab located on the top portion of the screen.
  4. Check the box for the option Enable Hardware Acceleration. 

Take note, however, that the hardware acceleration feature is exclusively available on Mac and Intel CPUs. It means that it is unavailable on your PC if you can’t find it there at all. 

End the Cisco Webex Service Process from the Task Manager
