Changing your Discovery Plus subscription plan is easy. If you decide to downgrade your account to Ad-Lite or upgrade it to Ad-Free streaming plan, the process will only take you a few minutes. You can manage your Discovery+ subscription plan through the device you used to stream and sign up for your account.

How to Manage or Update your Discovery Plus Account’s Subscription Plan

Note that upgrading your subscription plan will immediately change it to Ad-Free. However, if you plan to downgrade to Ad-Lite, it will take effect on your next billing cycle. Discovery+ Ad-Lite is at $4.99 per month while the Ad-Free versions is at $6.99 per month.

Upgrade Subscription

• Go to Subscriptions.
• Select Discovery Plus.
• Tap Cancel.
• Launch the Discovery Plus app.
