Your Fitbit watch will transfer the data it generates to the Fitbit app on your iOS or Android mobile device.

However, there are instances when your Fitbit tracker won’t sync to your Android phone or iPhone Fitbit app. If this happens, you will not get real-time updates on your health data and fail to recognize what is happening in your body at the moment.
