Syncing all your notes will make it easier for you to access them both on your Samsung mobile phone or your Windows 10/11 PC laptop or desktop computer at any time. To fix the syncing error of your Samsung Notes, check out the methods below.

Solution #1 – Restart your Samsung Galaxy Phone

Exit the Samsung Notes app and turn off your Samsung Galaxy smartphone. While you are at it, you can also refresh your WiFi Internet network connection by unplugging your router and modem. After 1 minute, plug them back in and restart your Samsung mobile device. Relaunch the Samsung Notes app and try syncing again. If the issue persists, see the next methods.

Solution #2 – Turn Sync Off and On on your Samsung Notes App Settings

  • Launch the Settings menu of your Samsung mobile device.
  • Navigate to Accounts and backup.
  • Tap Samsung Cloud.

Solution #4 – Use a Different Internet Network Connection

Do you have another Internet network connection that you can use? Switch to it and try syncing your notes. If you are using a WiFi connection, you may try switching to your mobile data or vice versa.

  • Choose Storage.
  • Tap Clear Cache.
  • Go back to the Apps section.
  • Look for Samsung Notes.
  • Go to Storage.
  • Tap Clear Cache.
  • Restart your Samsung device.

Solution #6 – Set your Samsung Device’s Time and Date to Automatic

  • Go to the Settings menu.
  • Select General Management.
  • Tap Date & time.
  • Look for the Automatic date and time. Toggle the button beside it to On.

  • Launch the Settings menu.
  • Select the Accounts and backup.
  • Go to Accounts.
  • Select your Samsung account.
  • Tap Sign Out.
  • Now, try to sign in back to your Samsung account.
