Solution #1 – Clear the Cache

  1. Access the Settings of your device.
  2. Go to Apps.
  3. Look for the Google Play Store.
  4. Tap the Force Stop button.
  5. Now, tap the Clear Cache button.
  6. If it does not work, follow the steps again but this time, tap the Clear Data button.

Solution #2 – Manually Sync Your Google Account Again

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Go to Accounts or Users & accounts.
  3. Select the account that you want to sync. At this point, choose the account you used to sign-in to your Google Play Store.
  4. Select Account sync.
  5. Tap More.
  6. Tap Sync Now.

Solution #3 – Uninstall Google Play Updates

  1. Open the Settings menu.
  2. Go to Apps or Applications.
  3. Tap Apps.
  4. On the upper right corner, tap the three-dotted icon.
  5. Tap Show System Processes.
  6. Now, look for Google Play Store and tap to open.
  7. Tap the three-dotted icon again.
  8. Select Uninstall Updates.

Solution #4 – Force Stop the Google Services Framework

  2. Select Apps.
  3. Tap the three-dotted icon on the upper right corner.
  4. Tap Show System Apps (or Processes).
  5. Look for Google Services Framework.
  6. Tap Force Stop.
  7. Next, tap the Clear Cache and Clear Data buttons.
