How to Fix Tile Pro Not Working or Won’t Connect to iPhone

Having a Tile Pro locator can help you find your wallets, keys, and other things in less time. Using a Bluetooth connection, your phone can detect the location of your Tile Pro tracking device, so you would not have to spend a lot of time searching for your lost things.

However, some Apple device users complained that their Tile Pro tracker is not working or will not connect to their iPhone.

In some instances, the Tile Pro locator can be detected on the iPhone app. But, when the user gets near it, the Tile Pro is not responding. It seem to be disabled or not running. Fortunately, there are several ways you can do to troubleshoot and fix the Tile Pro error. You can try each solution below and check if your Tile Pro is connecting to your iOS phone.

Method #1 – Reconnect your Bluetooth

  • On your iPhone, launch the Settings menu.
  • Select Bluetooth.
  • Slide the button to Off.
  • Wait for a few seconds.
  • Now, slide the button back to On.
  • Try connecting to your Tile Pro.

Method #2 – Power Cycle your iPhone

  • Turn off Bluetooth on your iPhone.
  • Power off your iPhone.
  • Restart your modem and router.
  • Power on your iPhone.
  • Reconnect to Bluetooth and try connecting to your Tile Pro.

Method #3 – Reset your Tile Pro Tracker

  • Look for the locator activation button on your Tile Pro.
  • Press it for 10 seconds.
  • It will reset your Tile Pro.

Method #4 – Update your Tile iOS App on iPhone

  • Go to the App Store.
  • Tap your profile.
  • Look for available updates and install them.
  • Restart your iPhone.

You may also want to update your iOS software. Doing so will help improve the performance of your iPhone.
