How to Fix Tile Pro Not Working or Won’t Connect to iPhone

Method #1 – Reconnect your Bluetooth

  • On your iPhone, launch the Settings menu.
  • Select Bluetooth.
  • Slide the button to Off.
  • Wait for a few seconds.
  • Now, slide the button back to On.
  • Try connecting to your Tile Pro.

Method #2 – Power Cycle your iPhone

  • Turn off Bluetooth on your iPhone.
  • Power off your iPhone.
  • Restart your modem and router.

  • Reconnect to Bluetooth and try connecting to your Tile Pro.

Method #3 – Reset your Tile Pro Tracker

  • Look for the locator activation button on your Tile Pro.
  • Press it for 10 seconds.
  • It will reset your Tile Pro.

Method #4 – Update your Tile iOS App on iPhone

  • Go to the App Store.
  • Tap your profile.
  • Look for available updates and install them.
  • Restart your iPhone.
