Solution 1 – Reset Windows Store Cache

Solution 2 – Disable Proxy Settings

  • Go to Start. Click Settings

Solution 4 – Adjust the Time and Date of Your Computer

  • At the bottom of your screen, click the time and date.
  • Next, select Adjust date/time.
  • Set your Time Zone and click Sync Now.

Solution 5 – Register Your Windows Store App Again

  • Next, choose Windows PowerShell.
  • Right click on the option and select Run as administrator.
  • Type this command, followed by an Enter: Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml”}
  • This will restart your computer once done.

Solution 6 – Run Troubleshooter

  • Go to Start and click Settings.
  • Choose Update and Security.
  • On the left side, click Troubleshoot Apps.
  • Next, select Windows Store.
  • Click Run the Troubleshooter. It will then check and resolve errors.

Solution 7 – Check Necessary Services

  • Type services.msc and click OK.
  • Look for Windows Update and double click to open.
  • Under Path Executable, choose Automatic for Startup Type.
  • Next, click Start and click Apply.
  • Click OK to save the changes.
