Can’t get enough of your Spotify playlist? Make it as your wake up alarm! Samsung features a new update that will definitely take snoozing into the next level with your new Galaxy S20 series.
The new One UI 2.1 offers several cool features that will improve every Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra user experience. This new update now has Quick Share, and Music Share. It also improved its AR Emoji and has Google Duo integration. Samsung also added a new Clock app update.
Play Songs from Spotify on Galaxy S20
The Samsung Clock app allows users to set their Spotify music as their alarm tune. This means that you can change the default tunes to any of your favorite music so waking up is a lot better everyday. You can change the music every time depending on what you want to wake up to each day.
Lets you set Spotify as your alarm on Samsung Galaxy S20
- Login to your Spotify account. If you don’t have a Spotify account, download and install the latest version.
- On your Galaxy S20, open the Clock app.
- Click the Alarm tab.
- Click the Alarm sound.
- Toggle it on and choose Spotify.
- It will then open to your playlist. Choose the playlist that you want and set it as the alarm sound.
Only on the Galaxy S20 Series
As of now, the feature is available to Galaxy S20 smartphone series. If you have the Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra, you can enjoy listening to your favorite playlist as alarm.
If you are using the older models but still want to use the feature, you can download and install the Google Clock app in your Google Play Store.
