Are you worried that someone else may be reading your Facebook Messenger chats? It may come as a surprise to you that hackers, service providers, and more may have access to your messages on Messenger, but it happens to many people. Some chat messages go beyond the eyes of the sender and receiver. That is why it is better to keep your messages safe and encrypted to protect your data exchanges.

Facebook, now under a company called Meta, is giving its users another feature that will add an extra layer of security on their Messenger app. The social media giant released end-to-end encryption on its chat feature, so no one else may have access to messages shared on Facebook Messenger except for the sender and receiver.
