You can also carry out a factory reset using the Reset button on your Arlo Video Doorbell if it is offline by following these steps:
- Look for the release pin that’s included in the package of your Arlo Video Doorbell. If you have no idea where the pin is or you can’t be bothered to find it, you can always use a paper clip or any other similar item.
- Find the Reset button at the back part of your Arlo Video Doorbell.
- Press and hold the button for around 15 seconds.
