Before you start setting up a new billing account on Google Cloud, you can try purchasing a Google service first with a new payment profile.
- First, close the current payment profile you have on Google Pay.
- Next, create a new payment profile with the same information on your Google account.
- Then, try to purchase a service on Google using the new payment profile.
- Lastly, sign up on Google Cloud and create a new billing account.
Solution #6 – File a Support with Google Cloud Support
No matter what solutions you try, you can ask for support from Google Cloud customer service if the error continues.
- On your web browser, go to https://cloud.google.com/support-hub/.
- Click or tap File a Support Case.
- Check the terms of service and email updates.
- Click or tap Agree and Continue.
- Now, you can submit a case about your Google Cloud payment error.
