Solution #1 – Try Running the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter

  • First, launch the Settings menu of your Windows 10/11 PC.
  • Head over to System.
  • Select Troubleshoot.
  • Click Other Troubleshooters.
  • Go to Windows Store Apps.
  • Click the Run button next to it.

Solution #2 – Sign In Again to your MS Store Account

  • Open the Microsoft Store.
  • Go to the top portion of the screen and click your profile.
  • Click Sign Out.
  • Wait for a few seconds.
  • Try to sign back into your account.

Solution #3 – Reset the Microsoft Store Cache

  • Press Windows key + R. It will open the Run Dialog box.
  • Enter wsreset.exe. It will reset the MS Store cache.

Solution #4 – Update your Windows PC

  • Open the Settings menu of your Windows 10/11 PC.
  • Select Windows Update.
  • Click Check for Updates.
  • If updates are available, select Download & install.
  • Once finished, reboot your computer.

Solution #5 – Reinstall the Minecraft Launcher App

  • Go to the Settings menu of your Windows 10/11 PC.
  • Head over to Apps.
  • Select Apps & features.
  • Choose Minecraft Launcher.
  • Click Uninstall.
  • Confirm your action.
  • Go to the Microsoft Store and reinstall the Minecraft Launcher.

Solution #6 – Reset the Minecraft Launcher App

  • On the Settings menu, go to Apps.
  • Select Apps & features.
  • Look for Minecraft Launcher.
  • Click the three-dotted icon next to it.
  • Choose Advanced options.
  • Click Reset.
  • Click Reset again.
  • If the error still appears, click the Repair button.
