Method #1 – Check your Internet Connection

  • Select Money in Google Pay.
  • Tap Complete Verification.
  • Now, confirm your information. It includes your name, address, date of birth, and social security number.
  • Once done, tap Confirm.

Method #3 – Check the Alerts on Google Pay

  • Open the Google Pay app and sign in to your account.
  • At the top of the screen, click or tap the Alerts button.
  • Check if you have a critical alert. Take action on it.

Method #4 – Clear Cache on Google Pay App

  • Navigate to the Settings menu of your device.
  • Select Apps & notifications.
  • Tap Google Pay.
  • Select Storage.
  • Tap Clear Cache.
  • Now, go back to Apps & notifications.
  • This time, clear the cache for Google Play services and Google Play Store.

Method #5 – Reinstall your Google Pay App on Android Device

  • First, uninstall the Google Pay app.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Select Apps & notifications.
  • Tap Google Pay.
  • Tap Uninstall.
  • Go to Google Play Store.
  • Search for Google Pay.
  • Install the app.
