How to Fix Unable to Load your Payment Info Account Error on Google Pay App



Google Pay is a reliable online payment system that you can use when you shop or pay someone through the Internet. You can send, request, or receive money by connecting your credit or debit card account on an Android mobile phone or laptop computer device. It is fast, secure, and makes contactless purchases more efficient.

But, customers have encountered an issue recently indicating the error message, “Unable to Load your Payment Info” on Google Pay app or website. The mobile payment platform is not working and users can’t successfully make payments.

How to Fix Unable to Load your Payment Info Error on Google Pay App

For Google Pay app to work properly, you need to connect the service to your WiFi Internet. Also, make sure you have updated your payment information, such as your billing address or card number. Having a lot of cache files and data on your Android phone for the GPay app can also trigger a lot of issues. Lastly, there may be corrupted cache data the prevents you from accessing your Google Pay information online.

Method #1 – Check your Internet Connection

You may want to check if you have a reliable WiFi Internet network signal for Google Pay to work. Do a speed test and check if you have a fast network connection. You can also connect to WiFi instead of using your mobile data. Make sure to use a private connection instead of a public network to ensure maximum security in your payment transactions.

Method #2 – Verify your Account Information Identity on Google Pay

  • Launch the Google Pay app.
  • Sign in to your account.
  • Tap Insights found at the bottom.
  • Select Money in Google Pay.
  • Tap Complete Verification.
  • Now, confirm your information. It includes your name, address, date of birth, and social security number.
  • Once done, tap Confirm.

Method #3 – Check the Alerts on Google Pay

  • Open the Google Pay app and sign in to your account.
  • At the top of the screen, click or tap the Alerts button.
  • Check if you have a critical alert. Take action on it.

Method #4 – Clear Cache on Google Pay App

  • Navigate to the Settings menu of your device.
  • Select Apps & notifications.
  • Tap Google Pay.
  • Select Storage.
  • Tap Clear Cache.
  • Now, go back to Apps & notifications.
  • This time, clear the cache for Google Play services and Google Play Store.

Method #5 – Reinstall your Google Pay App on Android Device

  • First, uninstall the Google Pay app.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Select Apps & notifications.
  • Tap Google Pay.
  • Tap Uninstall.
  • Go to Google Play Store.
  • Search for Google Pay.
  • Install the app.
