#1 – Check Your PC Specifications
GoPro requires a minimum system requirement to play 4K videos. You will need to have 1GB video RAM, 8GB RAM, at least Intel Core i7 quad-core or Intel Xeon E5 CPU, and GPU higher than GeForce GTX 650 Ti, AMD A10-7800 APU, Intel HD Graphics 5000, and AMD Radeon HD 7000.

#2 – Run Video Troubleshooter in Windows 10

- On the search box, type troubleshoot.
- Click Troubleshoot.
- Select Video Playback.

- Select the C Drive.
- Click OK.
- Check the Recycle Bin and Temporary Files.
- Click OK.
#5 – Convert the GoPro Video Using Handbrake

If you don’t have the Handbrake app on your Windows 10 PC, download Handbrake 1.2.0 on their official website. To convert GoPro videos to Windows-supported file format, follow these steps:
- Launch Handbrake.
- Click Open Source.
- Select File and choose your GoPro video.
- Go to the Preset option.
- Click the arrow.
- Select General.
- Choose Fast 1080p30.
- Click Browse and select the file location where to save the video.
