Solution #1 – Power Cycle your Device

If it is a connectivity issue, it helps to power cycle your device including your WiFI Internet router.
- Turn off your device and unplug both your router and modem.
- Wait for at least 1 minute before plugging back on both the router and modem.
- Now, turn on your device and relaunch Zoom.
- Check if you can now connect to the app now.
Solution #2 – Disable your Antivirus Temporarily

- On the Search bar, type Internet Options.
- Select Internet Options or Internet Properties.
- Go to the Security tab.
- Select Trusted Sites.
- Click Sites.
- On the Add this website to the zone, type Zoom.us.
- Click the Add button.
- Click Save or OK.
Solution #4 – Allow Zoom Through Windows Firewall

- On the Search bar, type Windows Security.
- Go to Firewall & network protection.
- Click Allow an app through the firewall.
- Select Change settings.
- Look for the Zoom app.
- Check Private and Public.
- Click OK.
