The Steam client is easy to navigate, has a wide library of games, and creates a community of online gamers. You can easily download and manage all your games.

Some games are small enough not to hugely affect your bandwidth capacity. You can download and update several games fast. But, what if you encounter a good game but it takes up a lot of your bandwidth?

Downloading it can limit your Internet activities and sometimes, it would take hours or days before you can completely download the game.

If you are in this situation, you might want to consider limiting your Steam download speed. While you can download any game you like, it will not affect other activities you are doing online. For instance, you can download a game in the background while still browsing on the Internet.

So, how do you limit your Steam download speed? Follow the steps below to know how to do it.
