Now, Google Meet enables you to see all the people you invited to your call! With the recent update, Google Meet comes with a complete list of “Also Invited” participants and guests in the People panel.
The new feature on Google Meet is available on Google Meet hardware, making it the first update this year. While it has been around in Google Meet, said feature is only available to select accounts. Now, you can access it when using Google Meet-specific devices.
How to Check and See ‘Also Invited’ Attendees on your Google Meet Meeting

The Also Invited feature is found at the bottom of the People panel list. During a call, go to the bottom right side and click the People panel button. You can then view all the participants.

So, what does the new Google Meet device feature do? It basically shows attendees who you invited but have not yet joined your call. Seeing this list will help you identify people to follow up if they are joining or not. It will also decide whether to begin the meeting or wait for a few minutes until some of the people you invited decide to join.
Plus, you can use it on Google Meet calls with a Calendar event, making your schedule more streamlined and efficient.
Google will start rolling out the feature on March 10, 2025 for Rapid Release domains and March 17, 2025 for Scheduled Release domains.
