Error Code 24 occurs when you are trying to connect to Disney Plus. One of the reasons for this error is the connection issues that you may be having with your local network thus preventing you from connecting to Disney Plus. Your current Internet speed may be too weak, which cannot reach the minimum requirement of 5 Mbps. Another reason is when you are having a problem logging in to the app.

Error code 24 usually happens when people are using the Amazon Fire Stick on their TV. But certainly, this could happen to anyone using any device to access Disney Plus.

So, how do you solve this Disney Plus error? Check out the solutions below and see which one can help you fix it.

A quick restart can often fix connectivity problems. To restart your router and modem, unplug both devices first from the main power source. Wait for at least 30 seconds. Then, plug your modem and turn it on completely. Once done, do the same to your router before checking if the error has been fixed.
