If you encounter the streaming error codes 91, 92, or 93, you can try to fix them with the following solutions below. Follow each step one at a time and regain the blocked access to your account in no time.

Solution #1 – Check your Network Connection

To stream on Disney+, you need to have a reliable network connection. Do a speed test and make sure you have at least 5.0 Mbps to stream your favorite TV shows or movies on Disney Plus. If your current WiFi Internet network speed goes below the minimum, try to improve it by rebooting your router and modem. You can also elevate your router or contact your Internet Service Provider.

Solution #2 – Relaunch your Disney+ App

  • Exit the Disney+ app and turn off your streaming device.
  • Wait for at least 3 minutes before you turn on your device.
  • Now, relaunch the Disney Plus app.

Solution #3 – Verify if the Disney Plus Server is Down

Sometimes, the Disney+ server is down hence the reason why you are experiencing the error. You can check the status of Disney Plus on the Down Detector. If the server is down, there is nothing you can do but wait for it to come back.

Solution #4 – Switch to a Different Streaming Device

Are you streaming Disney+ on your smart TV? If you do, you can try switching to your computer or mobile device if you can stream successfully. Error codes may sometimes appear solely on a specific device.

Solution #5 – Install the Latest Disney+ App Version

Check if there are available updates for your Disney+ app. Try to install these updates on your app and reboot your device.

Solution #6 – Verify your Payment Details on your Disney Plus Account

  • Launch any web browser.
  • Go to DisneyPlus.com/account.
  • Login to your account.
  • Navigate to Subscription.
  • Select your current Disney+ account.
  • Now, view your payment details and make sure the information is accurate.
