However, casting devices like Chromecast or Amazon Fire Stick will allow you to stream Disney+ even if you don’t have a smart TV. Solution 1 – Restart your computer
There may be problem with your computer that may affect your Disney Plus streaming. The best thing to do is to restart your computer and check again if your Disney Plus works.
Solution 2 – Check your Internet Connection
Did you know that you will need a minimum speed of 25 Mbps to stream Disney Plus? If you have a slow Internet connection, it is likely for Disney Plus not to mirror on to your TV. Check your Internet speed if it causes the problem.
Solution 3 – Check for New Updates
There may be new updates that you need to install hence the reason why you are not able to mirror your Disney Plus to TV. To check for updates, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings app.
- Choose Software Updates.

Solution 4 – Plug It to a Different HDMI input
