Here are five different methods so you can cancel your Disney Plus free trial subscription depending on where you got into the service.
Method 1 – Cancel Your Disney Plus Subscription Through their Website
- Go to Disney+ website and log in to your account.
- On the upper right corner, click on the user profile icon.
- A drop down menu will appear. Select Account.
- Choose Billing Details.
- On the right side of the screen, click Cancel Subscription.
- A confirmation will then appear. To confirm yes, click Complete Cancellation.
Method 2 – Cancel Disney Plus Through DisneyLife
If you signed up for the subscription via DisneyLife, you can also cancel it through their website.
- Open the DisneyLife website on your browser and sign in your account.
- Go to your primary profile.
- Look for Character on the top right corner and click to open.
- Choose Settings and select Account.
- You can now type in your password.
- On the top of the screen, click Payment.
- Select Would you like to cancel your membership?
- Click Confirm Cancel Membership.
Method 3 – Cancel Disney Plus Subscription Through iTunes
- Open the Disney Plus app and click the Menu.
- Choose Settings and click the Apple ID. It will take you to the Apple Subscriptions Page.
- Look for Manage and click to open.
- Choose Disney+.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Method 4 – Cancel Disney Plus Subscription Through Google Play Store
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Click the Menu button and choose Subscriptions.
- Look for Disney+ and tap to open.

Method 5 – Cancel Your Disney Plus Subscription Through Amazon
- To cancel your subscription via Amazon, log in to the Amazon website.
- Click Your Account and go to Digital Content and Devices.
- Choose Apps and more.
- On the left, choose Your Subscriptions.
- Look for Disney+ and click Cancel.
