Restart Your Peloton Tablet

  • Restarting your Peloton Tablet can usually help fix most issues in regards to metrics.
  • To do this, hold down the Peloton Tablet power button for 30 seconds.
  • Your Peloton Tablet will now restart.
  • Alternatively, you can also unplug the Peloton for 30 seconds.
  • Once the Peloton Tablet is back on, check if metrics are working as usual again.

Adjust Monitor Cables

  • The monitor cables on the back of your Peloton can sometimes get loose, leading to no displayed metrics.
  • First, unplug both the monitor cables.
  • Check if there is any dust or damage on the cables.
  • If the cables are in good condition, firmly reattach them to the Peloton.
  • Once the Peloton Tablet is back on, check if metrics are working as usual again.

Clear Your Peloton Cache

  • Clearning your Peloton cache usually helps clear any issues your Peloton machine may have.
  • Press the power button on your Peloton Tablet.
  • Select Shutdown on the screen.
  • Once it turns off, press and hold the Power and Volume Up keys at the same time.
  • Wait until the Peloton logo appears on the screen. 
  • Your Tablet will now boot into Recovery Mode.
  • Select Wipe Cache Partition.
  • When it’s complete, reboot your Peloton Tablet.
  • Once the Peloton Tablet is back on, check if health metrics are working as usual again.
