  1. I try to turn the subtitles on from my MacBook and it doesn’t always work. I also have a problem with the subtitles stopping. What I mean is the subtitles will stop altogether and disappear from the screen or they will just stop following that the people are saying. They are on the screen but they are stopped on a sentence. Sometimes its not even the whole sentence. Sometimes it is just the beginning or end of a sentence. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me how to fix it.

  2. For Samsung Smart TV, press the up arrow on the remote at it should show the CC menu in the top right of the screen. Press the select button to turn them on or off.

My only complaint is that you have to turn them on for each episode/program. There is no global setting to have them always on.

  3. On Samsung smart tv on the icon in upper right corner on the cc line it shows off. When I click select it just escapes and doesn’t change cc to on. It shouldn’t be this hard to figure out how to turn on/off cc!! It isn’t this difficult on other streaming channels!

  4. When I click on the 2 horizontal lines at the bottom right of my iPhone screen it pulls up a white screen with 2 bigger horizontal lines & absolutely nothing else. Very frustrating & wish they would fix this ASAP.
