CBS All Access has been rebranded to the new Paramount Plus. If you have subscribed to CBS All Access, you will automatically see the switch from the old streaming platform to the new one. You don’t have to do anything but see the change on the app name and the content.
Since the launch of the new steaming service, users can access Paramount Plus using their Roku devices. However, some people have trouble logging in to their Paramount Plus account when they use the app on their Roku device. Their email address and password appear invalid when they log in. In some cases, they can sign in to Paramount Plus on their computers but not on their Roku device.

With method #3 there is no option to remove channel after pressing the * key I am using Roku Streaming Stick. All the other apps have the option to remove but not Paramount Plus
I tried all three method on the Roku TV and it didn’t work.
I did all 3 methods and none worked for me!
i have tried all of these as well. No success. I also tried emailing Paramount + all I got was an email back repeating all the system reboots, restarting modem reinstalling app, and everything else we know to try. My initial email stated that I had already tried those things. Did they even read it?
Paramount + is still not working on either of my Roku TVs.
I’ve tried everything you and Paramount+ suggests and still have issues. Very frustrating.
100% useless. Test network connectivity? You forgot to mention to test that the device is powered on. Unreal.
I have done all three steps and I still can’t log into Paramount plus 😡 I still get invalid username and password and when I click on forgot password I never get a email to reset it. Can someone please help??
I can not sign into roku I forgot my password
DID NOT WORK. This is their problem to fix because it only started after they changed their venue. But how do u get a hold of them?
I’m paying for something I can’t use.
No solution worked
Have tried everything to get into Paramount Plus. Can get roku it is fine but Paramount Plus will not take my password. Tried to change the password said I would get an email and it never came. So now I am paying for something that I can’t get. Paramount Plus has no way to contact them to address this issue. THIS STINKS!
I have tried all like many said above. No way to delete and add back. No email sent. What has any one done to fix ?
