If you run out of storage space on your PC, the best thing to do is to delete large files. While we want to save every work that we do on our computer, allowing these huge files to linger will only take up space intended for future documents or records. It also delays you whenever you have to save something but are not able to due to full storage.
With so many documents, videos, images, etc stored in our PC, it will take a lot of precious time to find and sort out the large sizes and remove them. Thankfully, MIcrosoft offers a free app that allows you to manage your storage and enables you to find large files in less time. PC Manager is the app for you.
Steps on How to Locate, View and Delete Large Files Using PC Manager with a Single Click

If you cannot find PC Manager in your computer, that is because it does not come as a default app to Windows computers. It is free to use but you need to download it from the Microsoft Store. Also, note that PC Manager is only available in selected countries.
So, how do you locate and view large files using PC Manager? First, go to the Storage tab on the app and choose Large Files. You will then see a window showing all the files with a minimum of 10 MB in size. To further sort the files based on their sizes, click the Size drop down menu on the right and select from sizes 10MB, 50 MB, 100MB and 1GB.
You have the option to remove the files or move it to a different directory. Simply select the files and choose Move or Permanently delete. Make sure to verify if you want to remove the files permanently as recovery is not available.
To help you filter the files, you can click which type you are looking for like Document, Picture, Compressed folder, Video, Audio, and others.
