Solution #1 – Check the Availability of Content in your Area

Disney Plus was gradually launched in different countries starting in the United States, Canada, and the Netherlands. It eventually penetrated Australia and Europe, making its way to countries like the UK, Italy, Germany, and France. Over the next 2 years, it will expand to Latin America and Asia-Pacific.

Despite its global reach, not all contents are allowed in some countries. There are movies that are not allowed in the Netherlands and France due to their existing law. If you are facing the error code 35/36, check if the content that you want to watch is available in your country.

Solution #2 – Disable the Kids Mode

The Kids Mode is an excellent feature in Disney+, as it filters content and makes sure our kids only watch wholesome shows. But, if you are also using the Kids Mode when watching Disney Plus, your content results are also limited.

First, check the account that you are using. You may be using the Kids Mode account. You will need to go back to your regular profile. If not, go to Edit profiles and toggle the button to Off for Kids Profile.

Solution #3 – Check your VPN

If you are using a VPN, make sure that it is supporting Disney Plus. In some cases, it is best to disable the VPN.

If the solutions above do not work for you, wait for several minutes before trying to access the movie again. Otherwise, contact Disney+ support to help you. It may be an internal error on their part that only they can explain.
