  • Look for the message, “Verify your account to continue using Microsoft family features.”
  • Click the Verify button.

Solution #3 – Verify your Child’s Account on Microsoft Family

  • Launch the Settings menu.
  • Navigate to Accounts.
  • Select your Account.
  • Verify your child’s account and check if it is syncing.

Solution #4 – Install Available Windows Update on PC

  • Open the Settings menu.
  • Select Update & Security.
  • Click Windows Update.
  • Select Check for Updates.
  • If there are available updates, install them.

  • Navigate to the Settings menu.
  • Select Privacy.
  • Go to Feedback & diagnostics.
  • Now, you can set the control level to Optional diagnostic data.

Solution #6 – Disable Windows Defender Firewall

  • Go to the Settings menu.
  • Select Update & Security.
  • Click Windows Security.
  • Look for Firewall & network protection.
  • Choose your network profile.
  • Go to Microsoft Defender Firewall, toggle it to Off.
