Solution #2 – Check your Cables and USB Port

If you are connecting your iPhone to iTunes on your computer, there may be an issue with your USB cable and port. They can cause your iPhone or iPad to be stuck on the Apple logo screen. Check if your cable is loose. You may want to use a different port or a new USB cable if it is not working for you.

Solution #3 – Exit the App on your Mac

Try to disable or exit the app where you are downloading to your iPhone. If you are in the middle of an update or a data transfer, then, you get stuck on the Apple logo screen, you can exit the software or app and try again later.

Solution #4 – Try a DFU Restore on your iPhone

Device Firmware Update or DFU is a type of iPhone restore procedure that will reload your software and firmware. However, note that doing it will cause data loss and will overwrite your software. You can do this as a last resort, but if you are not confident about it, better not risk it.

If none of the solutions work, you can visit an Apple center and have a technician fix the frozen Apple logo screen problem on your iPhone or iPad for you.
