  • Launch the Run dialog box or the Search option and enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams.

Solution #3 – Turn Off Windows Firewall on Windows 10

  • Navigate to the Settings menu.
  • Select Update Security.
  • Click Windows Security.
  • Choose Firewall & network protection.
  • Choose your network profile.
  • Look for Microsoft Defender Firewall. Toggle the button to Off.

  • First, launch the Search option and enter credential manager.
