To solve the error in your iOS device, follow the same solution above. And, then, here is how to clear your app cache for TikTok on your iPhone or iPad device.

- Select General. Go to Storage and iCloud usage.
- Look for Manager Storage. Click to open it.
- Click the TikTok app.
- Look for Documents and data. Check the option and delete them.
