For Google:

For Outlook:

If you have an Outlook email, follow these steps:

  1. Open Mail and go to Settings.
  2. Select Accounts, and then click Add Account.
  3. Instead of selecting Outlook, select Exchange.
  4. Enter your e-mail address and click Next. You will be prompted to enter your password.
  5. Click Login.
  6. Check if your problem is fixed.

Solution 3 – Reset the Mail App

  1. Return to the Windows Defender Security Center.
  2. Click on the “Firewall and Network Protection” button.
  3. Select “Allow an app through firewall” and then “Change settings”.

Solution 6 – Disable Firewall

  2. Go to the Firewall and Network Protection section.
